    I bought my Vivobook from JIB in Central Festival 2 Year warranty. If they can not service in store they will send to BKK Also there is an independent repair place - Meechok Plaza - same side as McD - upstairs past the courtyard. I have used him and service was OK. Heading to JIB soon - bottom 1/3 of my screen just a black box - no icons visible. TG for warranty !!! 555

    OK. Good price on the Mazda 2 Most likely your best bang for the buck would be install a turbo on what you have. A few shops in BKK who can design, build and install. Worth checking out what the cost would be. Good Luck

    And what is to stop you doing the same and buying from a local store ? That argument holds no water. And why would you ask a clerk ? I ask the manager, the one that overseas the operation. Most all have been in business in their field for years. This experience - how do you duplicate it online ?

    Live in the CNX area. We ask the locals where is the best place for this or that. If not happy with their response I go to an outlet who supplies tradesmen. In any trade - building, electrical, automotive. They will know who the cowboys are and who does quality work. But this takes time and effort - something in short supply when people can just sit on their A-- and order via computer.

    If you do not support the local business, they will be gone. Along with their years of expertise, plentiful stock for purchase now, not in a week. Or keep shoving money in the pockets of big retailers. My guess is that online shopping is being driven by laziness.

    When I was a kid, bars had 2 entrances - Men Only and Ladies and Escorts. Bar was separated so that the men did not have to sit with the women if they so choose. No radio, no TV - just sit, smoke, and drink.

    Just a regular 60 day tourist visa - in 2005/6 That is what I was talking about, no fancy schmansy, HiSo, gold plated, OTHER kind of tourist visa - which AFAIK did not and does not exist.

    I posted my experience. Your belief is not and was not required. And I opened a bank account on a tourist visa in my second year in Thailand. You either do not know how, or who to ask how.
