Like I said, you are wrong. I've lived in Buriram over 21 years. I came here to teach for 3 months but decided to stay. Now I've stopped teaching and live a nice, peaceful life with my wife whom I met here in Buriram whilst teaching. Many others I know have done similar. Many that have come to live here with their partners are also very happy. Mostly sussing out the area before making commitments. I'm sure there are those that have made mistakes but that is a small minority. Buriram and Korat are busy places. They have the facilities that other places, such as Chiang Mai, have. I live away from town for the quieter life but close enough to be near to what I need. Buriram also has good bus, train and air links to Bangkok and ChonBuri, if that's what you want. Also only 3 hours away from Siem Reap. Happy Days.

The school could go through legal proceedings to seek compensation, but I doubt it. More likely would be reporting you to the Labour Department and/or TCT, making it extremely difficult to get a waiver, licence or work permit in the future.

My concern with Farage and Reform being in charge would be lack of policies outside of immigration. The two policies they did have for the last election, raising minimum wage to £15 and raising tax threshold to £20000, are even more worrying.

I lived continuously in Isaan for 21 years. I'm now back for a visit after 5 years in UK. I'm looking now at splitting my time between the two. UK has a reputation for bad weather. However, it is nice to get back there and have a break from the intense heat of Isaan. Taking in Isaan "cool season" mixed with UK summer, I think will be a good balance.

They are having checks by Doctors. Those that have been trained not to view genitalia In the way you suggest. Nearly 40% of gynecologist in UK are male. Does it make a difference what clothing they wear? If you had an issue down below would you insist on a male Dr and ask for his sexual orientation to be revealed? Most people, I suspect, would not. A Dr is a Dr regardless of gender or gender identity.
