  1. I don't need to open my eyes. 20 years teaching in Thailand including working in recruitment from overseas.
  2. Some info in the files from the original release, released to the press in error, was removed as it shouldn't have been released. You could say the information was redacted from those files. It could have been retracted. Either way, the full details of the files were then released to National Archives.
  3. Nothing has been left out. I'll say it once again, all files are available at National Archives.
  4. It appears it is you showing lack of experience and qualifications. A quick search and you'll find plenty of jobs over 60k, if you qualify, that is. Judging by your comment, you don't. Try spell checker. 555 Keep on increasing your max earnings estimates. You’ll soon reach 100k. 555
  5. They were released early in error, as I've already pointed out. Now available. You can read all the files here: https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/about/freedom-of-information/
  6. It's in the article. As I've already said, they were redacted as they were released early in error. Everything has now been placed at National Archives, as I previously pointed out. You can check them out there. https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/about/freedom-of-information/
  7. It does. You asked what was redacted and why. I answered. The details of the files were not published as they shouldn't have been released. If you'd like to know the contents, they are available at National Archives.
  8. As I said, high salary teaching jobs are available to those qualified in their home countries. Anyone with half a brain understands what that means as, let's face it, TEFL isn't a qualification that alone enables anyone to teach anywhere. I taught in Thailand for 20 years. I never taught TEFL or acquired a TEFL qualification. I was responding to a comment regarding salaries. Hence my point of being home qualified.
  9. There isn't a retirement age. Anyone can retire whenever they want. Forward planning is all that's needed. There have been regular updates.
  10. Are you a qualified teacher in your home country? Are you a Native English Speaker? If so, there are many high salary teaching opportunities for you. By the way, I was a teacher in Thailand for over 20 years.
  11. I was answering a comment regarding salaries. One that said nothing over 45k a month. Nothing else.
  12. Funny. By trying to wriggle out of your error, you've made another one. 🤣🤣 Check the rates of NI before you post, eould be my advice.
  13. There are many teaching jobs paying in the region of 100k a month to those qualified in their own country.
  14. The files were released to the press. They shouldn't have been. They were also released early. That was the error. They were redacted and realeased in the correct way and on the correct day, Tuesday.
  15. If you can post a link to your assumption that " British citizenship being given out to anyone arriving on a dinghy.", is factual, I'd be interested to read it. Thanks.
  16. This article is incorrect. The details were released in error. The details were redacted from the file before being made public on Tuesday at the National Archives in Kew, west London.
  17. A decent comment spoiled by the drivel in the last sentence.
  18. I've never been asked to show my immigration status in a vank, other than when I opened my account 10 years ago.
  19. You can do all the planning you need but, it only takes one new neighbour to ruin things.
  20. There are a plethora of Englush teachers in and around Khon Kaen.
  21. There you go then. What Thai people think traditionally and what the law says, are two different things.
  22. It's highly unlikely. Have any expats been able to get a visa based on being 50 or over at 49?
