Go to AUA, buy their workbook and learn yourself. Took me 1 month, 1 hour a day to be able to read anything.

Shaggy, there aren't many threads with over 1000 posts.
You started a blinder here, but with that many posts you have to expect the odd stray
I think we have a nice micro community going here, I for one am glad I found it and was welcomed.
Love looking at the pics but also love the occasional piss taking...

Can't say I blame this particular individual for not wanting to go back home since Cornwall is not exactly the humour centre of the Universe, based on my acquaintance with one of his "compatriots" who over the years has displayed a canny knack of keeping a straight face at even the funniest of jokes:(There was a guy named Abe, a Cornishman, who came here in the late 80's he came on a 15 day visa , and lived at Danie'ls Bar, now Marin bar on Loy Kroch, he was here for 15 years and someone took pity on him and paid his 20,000 baht fine, I heard he is now at the McKean center living there, and never returned to the UK.
But he must surely have exited Thailand at some stage in order to pay the fine. And where is the McKean Centre to be found?
You have obviously never been to Cornwall...
The immigration rules there are even stricter, overstay in Cornwall and they deport you to Thailand !

OP, the message and question were understood: maximum fine is THB 20,000.....even after 2 years.
As a bonus you know now how other farangs and a few Thais think about overstaying.
300 Thais...Must be a long queue for the toilet in that house !

Time for a bit of bull....
That is a fine specimen..
They are very popular down south from us, on the way through Nakhon Si Tammarat.. Often see guys out walking there 'cash' cows...
Vicious horns on them, don't think I could ever go to a fight.. Too sick..

On the other hand what a 'loss of face' for people paying 600,000 Bt /year for their precious dodo at International school here plus unbelievable expenses in UK, USA, Switzerland, etc. to see a 'low status' kid excelling for free!
Thailand must really get the best of its potential.
They might excel for free but it will still be a 2nd rate Thai effort of an educational institute. You know they can't get the education system here sorted out, not until a few fossils become extinct !

Ron or DAL, over to you for some pic spinning
Cheers kindly...

My wife did her Masters in Switzerland, basically because she was under the impression that hospitality training from Switzerland has a worldwide reputation. She was disappointed but maybe that was just the international school she attended.
There was a very large Thai contingent there at the same time, this was evident in the fact that some enterprising women had opened a proper Thai restaurant catering for the homesick Thai students

Found this little bugger whilst out walking this morning...
Fingers crossed but not over confident of survival !
Then again the dog walked right over it, so maybe the wee chap is blessed...
It's in the right hands now:). That's one lucky bird!
How is the wing now?
Well we put him in with our 2 new turkey poults (protected by a small basket).
After an hour or so to chill n get adjusted to Hotel Cornish, he got a couple of tiny worms.
One wing looks broken and also the corresponding leg !
We will see what we can do...

I have got 50 guinea fowl and 10 turkeys (adult birds) to sell. How much would I get for them sold as a bulk lot?
You would have to pay someone to take them away, include a set of ear defenders and I'll have 'em

Was interested in their reading and writing courses. Is it possible just to buy the work books ?
There is no pricing on the website for these, guess I will mail them.
