It's the phenomenal amount of money spent on weapons and destruction... and then the rebuilding and rehabilitating. What if that money was spent on medical research, fancy hospitals, extraordinary new technology? They would have a cure for cancer and ways to control pain and a world full of beautiful gardens and museums as the focus of life would be different. Yes, it is more than idealistic - if everyone was rich, who would pick the apples and mop the floors [of, they would have machines for that] as well as flipping the burgers... but wouldn't the world be an incredible place if the money and resources were used only for good?

Red Kramer nailed it... Last year my agent renewed my passport and it was seamless. They took care of everything, including mailing it out and getting it back and getting all the appropriate stamps from Immigration...
