Banking / tax

Wrong forum. Your friend is a UK resident and could pay tax if his pension was more than that income tax threshold amount. So he is registered for tax in UK. If he worked in OZ he maybe registered for tax there also. If you worked in Thailand you could be registered for tax here. Where will you get any pension from. That's how I understand it. -
Your 1st class insurance may state drivers must have Thai DL or valid DL. Our 1st class states any driver over 25 years old with a full DL. The daughter can drive the car and be covered by CTPL. The problem as you say if she should have an accident and it is her fault then you could be liable for pay outs.

He was celebrating the 9th May I guess he looks old. -
If your wife has a Thai ID card she must have a previous family address. If it is really important for you both and all connections and family ties are lost my remendation would be that you both come Thailand to where her Thai ID card was issued and get what she needs and treat it as a holiday. My wife is 54 and has never had a birth certificate but the local province govt officies will supply if she needed one. A police report to say my wife has no criminal record could also be received from the province head police office.

There are many other countries Russia supplies to and the EU are hypocrites they are still buying gas so don't be so naive. -
Assault on Kiev: Russian helicopters swoop above Ukraine's capital
Kwasaki replied to Chris.B's topic in The War in Ukraine
I know it's inappropriate for things like this to happen I was only thinking how many Russians are in Pattaya and maybe other places. If a Thai person knocked out T shirts they could make some money. After all if a Russian person wants to go home it would be a good thing to wear going through customs whether they support or not. -

I don't understand where you're coming from, I hope it doesn't get worse but because Putin and company are already accused of war crimes what's to stop him doing even worse things. -
