BigStar replied to webfact's topic in Pattaya News
Well done, Pattaya! i recall my pleasant experience at City Hall obtaining my yellow book and pink card. The Great Seal of Pattaya City This week all our expats should make it a point to visit the monument to Admiral Krom Luang Jumborn Khet Udomsakdi and pay their respects. Give thanks for the privilege of living in Pattaya. -
Democrats Brand Trump and Vance as "Weird" in New Political Strategy
BigStar replied to Social Media's topic in World News
But now you've proven that you haven't. You'd be more credible if you had. She's got a lot of facts and stats behind her. End of discussion. -
Not in well-managed economies. Grown fueled on borrowed money is a spurious growth. It's about like you having a new house and car. You look prosperous, except that it's all on credit. In the first seven months of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024, spending on net interest has reached $514 billion, surpassing spending on both national defense ($498 billion) and Medicare ($465 billion). --Interest Costs Just Surpassed Defense and Medicare Just think if that money could be used creating real productive businesses and jobs to end the RECORD amount of homelessness. You're really just too economically illiterate to have this discussion, so I'll stop wasting my time. You can have the last word and think you've won.🤣 And you haven't answered the question of how Kamala is going to bring about "equity." Why keep ignoring it? Here it is again: How is Kamala going to bring about equity?

No you haven't. You read what some hack said about her. Duh. So sad. I'd be embarrassed if my thinking were that muddled. Candidate, before he became president and established a record. Her later opinions were about Trump as president, NOT a candidate. And now he's a different candidate: a candidate who's already been in office. She doesn't support that candidate. Not a flip flop at all. So the ANF Poster Boomerang Principle has revealed again that it's you who's a left wing nut, thinking nonsense as usual. Sigh. -
No, all that Kamala and the DNC have. Orange man bad hate avoids having to talk about their failed policies, which will be the same policies in the future, but worse. But those contradict the platform, so they'd just be lies that the left is constantly telling. Always funny how leftists think Trump's gonna do what THEY did. LOL. I guess that's scary. They're lyin' like dawgs already. It'll get worse as they become more desperate.

Biden mismanaged the crisis, greatly weakening the economy, then made it a far, far worse with absurdly large spending bills, that were bipartisan only by force. Then interest rates had to rise, reducing real wages even further. Over his first three years, Biden has spent both $5.9 trillion more than was spent in pre-pandemic 2019 and run deficits of $5.9 trillion — with another $1.6 trillion projected for 2024 and federal publicly held debt reaching $27.9 trillion, 99 percent of GDP. This is a massive amount of extra money pumped into America’s economy. --Mr. President, take responsibility: ‘Bidenomics’ led to ‘Biden-flation’ But you're ignoring the question of how Kamala is going to achieve "equity." What's she gonna do? Don't you KNOW???
-
But, you see, Under Biden, real wages after taxes and inflation decreased dramatically. That's one big reason (of several) he became so unpopular; and Kamala will likely lose. But first, you need to explain HOW Kamala is going to achieve equity, which she defines as "everybody ends up in the same place." She's stressed that as her goal over years. Does that mean everyone has a government job paying the same amount? Where's YOUR explanation?
-
Yawn, I didn't say he lowered inflation. Economy needed growing and his cuts resulting in more real jobs, investments, and more tax revenue. Yep, but if Covid hadn't come along, greater revenues and economic growth would have reduced and stabilized the deficit, assuming all else equal. It's a list of goals characteristic of all party platforms that presidents TRY to achieve. I like his goals than Harris' absurd "equity for all" goal.🙂 The solution to inflation is well-known except by left-wing economists who wish to abolish private property and control all consumption and production. North Korea's doing great! North Korea inflation rate for 2022 was 0.00%, a 0% increase from 2021. North Korea inflation rate for 2021 was 0.00%, a 0% increase from 2020. North Korea inflation rate for 2020 was 0.00%, a 0% increase from 2019. And there are a number of ways to achieve that solution. We've seen how well Biden's done. Now there's a big mess to make it all a lot more difficult. Argentina's got it down, but they aren't a world power. Trump's wise to play his cards close to the vest, as anything he says will simply be attacked and lied about; and those lies will be believed by the gullible and economically illiterate beliveing in all the "free stuff" looted from the rich that Kamala's promising them, like all Dem politicians always do.
-
Trump's is much better. He's a natural entertainer and delivers in his inimitable, informal, spontaneous style that leftists hate. Obama, reading from a teleprompter, has the characteristic pompous, pretentious, schoolmarm tone he uses even when going around apologizing to Muslims for America. In his favor, Bin Laden was a much more significant target. Biden was opposed to the raid, BTW. CNN Can’t Whitewash Joe Biden Opposing the Osama bin Laden Raid. Prescient of his misguided foreign policies during his presidency.
-
True, Biden and his chorus promised that and delivered the opposite. Inflation wasn't a problem and life more affordable during Trump's last presidency. Maybe try to create the same conditions BUT now he's inheriting Biden's 35 trillion debt AND Biden's international mess w/ military threats. Recession, as Reagan and Volker used to wring out the inflation of the 70s, cutting gov't spending, is probably the way to go, but that would be quite unpopular, esp w/ the Deep State. Fortunately Trump doesn't need to worry about being re-elected now, but he probably wants Vance to continue Trumpism. Guess you'll have to wait and see what Trump and his advisors come up with. You won't like it, whatever it is, so let's not worry right now. 🙂
-
No one cares whether you agree or not. But I wouldn't worry too much. Trump may be too busy, again, to do much of anything but fight with the Deep State, propaganda media, political lawfare, impeachment trials, and a deluge of lies from the left. However, doing nothing would preferable to Kamala's doing something.

No, you haven't. If you had, then you'd know she doesn't like Trump and regularly trashes him. You'd love it. Too deep. Which is not all that deep, really. 🤣 Turns out you just innocent as a babe and gon' stay that way. I'm gonna stop wasting time with you now. There's a reason Obama was called Divider-In-Chief. Biden made the divisions a LOT worse. Now the Dem party is all about slicin' and dicin', race hate, and pitting groups against each other. Wrong. If you quote from Ann Coulter (the subtopic you wished to discuss) you defintiely aren't parroting Trump. Kamala has always been bashed from the right in general (and sometimes from the left, if they break ranks), nothing new there. Now she's busy backpedaling (as the campaign admits) and being whitewashed by the propaganda press. The techies (except Elon Musk, bless 'im) are on board. Harder to Google for the truth about her now: -

All that name-calling as a substitute for rational, independent thought, original research, and just knowing what you're talking about, as you admit. You haven't listened to her or read any of her books, just heard something from the fake news. Dunno what ANF is or a boomerang.🙂 Very left-wing nuttiness, no? So, again, calling her a bubble head simply means that you're a bubble head. Boomerang Principle, man. Here's a bubble head for you, on the record: -

Not at all. Ann Coulter isn't a right-wing nut; nor did you address her point, but merely bash, as she doesn't agree with you, typical of left-wingers. So, to think that she is, w/o basis, you must simply be projecting your own left-wing nuttiness. We often see the ANF Poster Boomerang Principle here, esp when posters talk about Thais, such as "Thais are stupid." -

Ah. But, OH NO--the RCP Average of polls says the same: RCP Average7/22 - 7/28——48.146 (Trump) vs 46.1 (Harris) = Trump +2.0 LOL. Nope.
