I used to like my steaks blue, but to do properly usually takes longer than to cook rare. If they don't leave the steak to warm properly before cooking you end up with something that's unpleasantly cold in the middle.

I have Sensibo Sky controllers for all the a/c units in the house. It's not a cheap option, but I can control all the units via the phone app, Alexa, or set timers. I can see which units are on and their settings and change them if necessary. .

You have to use with your Thai SIM and the same phone number as you were using the app with previously on the old phone. Once verified you can use with WiFi. -
