can't not like the one without the other

the Thai government’s announcement, issued to London, confirmed Thailand was doing the utmost in bringing the culprits to justice.
definition of utmost:
1. The Thai police doing it's very best to destroy the crime scene
2. The Thai DNA technicians have read the manual and can now do family profiling
3. The reward money tripled
4. There is now a reluctant acceptance that the perp may have some Thai ancestry
-
When will they do DNA tests on the police there. They should be tested since they apperently are chasing after the people least likely to have committed this crime. I know a farang in Chumphon raped by 2 police and was forced to sign papers that she would not prosecute before she fled in fear home

Good idea.. best so far...
The only thing I would change for the Police is the test... Make it an IQ test
...however, the same problem persists, it's the BiB doing the testing...

On questioning Mr. Abhisit why he was wearing the PCAD trademark whistle despite denials that the Democratic Party supported the protest movement, he responded with a remark from the Bill Clinton text book: "I wore the whistle, but I never blew it!"

At the beginning of last week Thai DNA expertise and equipment was not sophisticated enough to determine Asian heritage and the BiB asked for help from the FBI. A day later the BiB could make that distinction on their own. Now they have quantum-leaped to DNA family/relations profiling...astounding! (someone must have read the manual)

Does this apply to all wrongfully imprisoned, or only Thai citizens?

Another corruption article. A bit naively done and not addressing some core points like 'appropriate punishment' and 'protection by buddy-system' (police, political party, etc.). Other than that, it is important to keep the corruption problem in the public eye, so thanks for that.

while the world's microscope will be zero in on him on the 10th Asia-Europe Summit, seating aphetically next to US President Barack Obama who is neither Asian, nor European...He will meet up with at least 52 World Leaders whose job it is to lead the world in a different direction for each week of the year, and that's why we have earthquakes, because of the abrupt direction and gear changes...

Is a farang allowed to call another farang a farang?
Only if he has the appropriate clearance from the board of farangs.

Let's look at some past powerful officials: Chalerm did not apologize for his drunken appearance and slurry speeches - he blamed ear medicine. Yingluck did not apologize for her stupid idea of a high-speed rail system to be used for moving carrots to Chiang Mai - she still has not realized what a fool she is, god bless her. Others who have been caught red-handed for stealing, lying to the public, falsifying records, looking at porn during Parliament session - they all have a justification and never apologized.
Prayuth is out of his depth in international matters, he will either adapt or not, we will see. But, he apologized publicly for his remarks, whether advised or not does not make a difference. He is the only Thai PM I know of who ever apologized, now isn't that a change from all others who can never admit they did wrong?
I'm sure the families of the two slain kids will take great comfort in that.
Man, how low can you stoop trying to defend your post? Now, who has become disgusting, disgraceful and heartless?
Well that would be you wouldn't it. You tell us that it's okay for your beloved PM to make insensitive and disgraceful comments because others before him have done so. But I wouldn't expect anything more from you.
I'll spell it out for you. You had to drag "the families of the two slain kids" into our discussion. And I would have expected better from you.

His advisers advise him to make an apology for his disgusting, disgraceful and heartless comments and he automatically becomes "a gentleman" in his own head? Amazing Thailand...

We can all contribute to good education
Yes, you can, but you won't.
Why? Because there is not enough sanook in it.
