So far not one country has claimed it will receive refugees from Gaza based upon trump's Gaza project announcement. Nobody is forcing people to take fentanyl, If not fentanyl it will likely be an equally dangerous drug developed domestically such as Krokodil in Russia. Where effort is required is on mental health, education / social education and so on.
