There should also be minibuses (vans) on this route. But can't find reliable info.
-
Although it's difficult to find something reliable, not even think about English language: one thing for sure, it's a very busy/frequent route. I append one schedule from the website: https://gotoloei.com These buses are surprisingly slow. Shortest route would be a 150 km. And the schedule says 3 to 4 hours(!) travel time. Maybe due to the "hilly" route from Nong Bua Lamphu. So to be very sure you have to take the 13:00 or 13:40 bus. Your flight goes 19:25. So being at bus station at 18:00 is quite conservative. You won't have a problem wasting some time in Udon.

Good investment she did. Same for her nose.

Seems you refer to a foreign credit/debit card. Often the card issuing bank limits withdrawals and imposes it's own fees. For the rest see post above.

Some people want to plan their day and not waste time in overcrowded ships and being pushed around by the hordes. If it's just try and error you don't need a forum/reports. I can't contribute from experience but from what vloggers etc. report. Don't expect it to be quiet at the weekends. During the week it seems bearable.

And why bother about anything else but "Funds for long term stay..."? Doesn't cost extra, doesn't hurt and is correct. The worst that can happen: transfer arrives next day.

Like many poor in the village.

As above, discount 105.85. After discount ends: 373.56 + 38.22 + 107.44 = 518.66 7% = 36.31 Total 554.97 4.82 Baht/kWh 115 units is within the first section (up to 150). So exceptionally low.

The only reason for such low rates might be the subsidies (which we don't get). Otherwise 5 Baht or more.

MEA/PEA tarrifs are identical nationwide. Rate per unit rises with consumption. 5 Baht is a rule of thumb for private single household (less than 400 units). Currently there are state subsidies for some discounts (forgot the details, will end soon). Rates by landlord are arbitrary. Our last few bills were a bit more than 5 Baht/unit overall. We get no discount (reason is quite unique not worth detailing).

Chaos Reported At Phuket Airport With Over 300 Passengers In Trouble
KhunBENQ replied to webfact's topic in Phuket News
A bit confusing to have a parallel thread that explains what happened. -
Of course an underlying problem with dirty/inferior fuel is possible. I had problems with the motor stall just after starting and trying to get off. In the end the fuel pump had to be replaced. Was clogged with some dirt or so (mechanic showed me). Wasn't too cheap, 1800. From the OP it sounds like a problem with fuel supply.

Can you open PDF files in 90 day website ?
KhunBENQ replied to The Theory's topic in Thai Visas, Residency, and Work Permits
Obviously a SW issue. Nothing specific to the topic starter. Nothing to do with status of report or the like. On a PC I would right click the PDF links and save the files. Then open/print with a pdf reader. I simply don't like the browser embedded reader feature. -
I have corrected this fatal error

Width! in mm (non stretched). Length is plenty EDIT: had to correct. It's width.

56 mm is the biggest I know from usual convenience stores and drug stores. Durex Comfort. A bit difficult to find bigger ones like 60 mm for mister huge banana. Many articles with 49 mm for the thumb. Then 52/53. Search hard and you will find the size specified as seen below. Can't find a picture with an English label:
