So I would better of getting a TV then going on 1 or 2 border crossing. Then that way there won't be a TV in my new passport. And I will be able to get 2 TVs in a row from Cambodia for a change.

As i said you seem to have it sussed out.

Take care how does this 2 VEE  work is it january to December or a year from when you actually get them? As i understand it flying in is not restricted to 2 only land borders. So if you have say 2 from flying in can you still get 2 land border ones as well?

  • Ban Pakard to Cambodia.

  • both borders, Ban laem and Ban Pakkard are OK, they will stamp two times per calendar year.

  • Make sure you get the correct web site. Sbould be around 30$. Rip-off sites exist and charge up to 90$. Also check the crossing you use accepts e-visa, not all do. Search on TV for more deta

Be aware, I got a red-stamp from the Phnom Penh Thai Consulate on my 2nd in a row from them (with none from them prior, and only 2 additional visas from Vientiane and Penang).  That stopped me getting another from them OR from Vientiane (rejected at Vientiane because of this, so used a Visa Exempt).

If planning for the long-term, I would suggest getting one TR-Visa at each nearby consulate before doubling-back for seconds.

I read its per calendar year but I wouldn't be surprised if thats the first thing they change. Makes more sense 2 in a 12 month period.

Yes I but I believe if you have 0 in your passport you can get 2 in a row from there no problems.

Yes you are not restricted to 2 you are right(or so I have herd). But if you have a lot of TVs you could still be pulled up my a IO who don't like your face. That is why Vitianam is of my list now.
