New House and NON O Extension of Stay Due next week. Questions..

My Non O Extension is next week. We just finished building our new house and have moved in. Chiang Mai.

 

-For the NON O Extension, what do I need to take? Bluebook of the family? Of course I am excluded in name.

 

-Now what does my wife need to do? File a TM 30 for me? And does she need to give legal authority for me to check myself in after being out of country? So what docs would she need to do that. Prior we rented so the business needed to give owners I.d and business registration and power of attorney to check in.

What I am getting at is of course the house is in her name, so what do we need to do to make it easy that I live here? Only thing I am on a signature is the Bank loan. Do I need to show that?

 

-Is TM 28 all is needed to change residences?

 

Just looking for the easy A-Z processes. Lot of application and paper clog.

You wife will need to submit a TM30 form. You would need to do a Tm28 change of address form.

What type of extension of stay application will you be submitting. I assume one based upon marriage.

Does you wife have blue house book for you new house. If yes that is all that will be need for your proof of residence along with her ID card.

Not marriage but Thai Family Member ie kids. In a few more years when the kids are 18 and I cannot extend under this category as has closed up, then I will either do the commitment and say : Oh Well, I do! or go and try for the family/kids to support old dad reversal thing.
