so what ever happened to innocent until proven guilty? how do we know this guy was not setup by his american girlfriend? seems like alot of effort to find and arrest someone who didn't even kill someone. String of other charges and convictions since he was 19! Faking his death to escape the child sex abuse charges! Stealing the identity of an old friend of his! Why do all of that if you are not guilty?

there are 2 sides to every story - you think his single-mom x girlfriend is 100% innocent? lol . he will get his day in court and hopefully the real truth comes out. All these charges could very well have been fabricated by a scorn American single-mom x-girlfriend. Happens all the time.

No I want an innocent child  alive and well. It isn't an either or scenario.

 

I would like to know  what evidence do you have that Thailand is letting murderers and terrorists go free. I seem to recall that the Erawan shrine terrorists/murderers have been well and truly caught.

 

In many ways raping a six year old is a far worse crime than murdering them, it sentences a child to a lifetime of misery.  You simply don't get over this abomination

 

I also  think it is an indefensible crime and there can be little or no mitigation..  A murderer can often be provoked and one man's "terrorist" is another's freedom fighter, not mine I might add.  What I am saying this that there is often mitigating circumstances involved in other crimes. There are none at all with pederasty.
