Interested to know where I can download simple standard contracts or buy a CD-rom ( e.g. rental, employment, power of attorney and

other business forms ) suitable for Thailand ??

For a CD rom try one of the many software shops. There are a lot of that kind of stuff around so you may be lucky.

Otherwise most well assorted stationary shops have standard contracts for sale.
