Apple cider vinegar

Featured Replies

I have read good (health) things about taking a daily dose of apple cider vinegar.     Is their anyone out there taking apple cider vinegar and if so what's your opinion?

Its a good thing...altho I only trust Braggs...

Every morning add the following to a cup of warm/hot water....lemon juice, barges, pinch of cayenne pepper powder and salt.

Mix and enjoy..perfect way to jumpstart your metabolism, remove mucus from the body and encourage weight loss.

Not much real evidence that it is beneficial for one's health

Stick with physical activity such as cycling. You can't go wrong. Sorry I don't take apple cider vinegar. No need to.

Taken it for a while now.. no noticable changes. But I was fit and in shape before taking it maybe it only works on those that are already insulin resistant.

if you ever awake to see wart growing next to your privates, soak a swab of cotton in Braggs and smear it on....it will whither and fall off.

Took a while for someone to step up and ask that bold question.
