Epson printer ink/cartridges

Featured Replies

The time has come to try and find ink for my Epson SX445w combo unit.

My searches thus far for cartridges (T129x series) have proven fruitless for both store and mail order within Thailand.

I found an old thread HERE

This refers to to using refillable tanks, or reusing the original tanks etc.

Is this still the only way to go and is there a recommended supplier? In Patong would be ideal, otherwise as close as possible...

Cheers.

Best bet would be Julapan (Chalong).

Thanks for that.

All suggestions welcome.

I second Julapan in Chalong. If they don't have the right cartridge, then you better starting looking for a refilling service.

Just spoke to Julapan and they can't help.

Failing finding a supplier, can anyone recommend a refilling service they are happy with? Especially if particularly for Epson.

Thanks for the Advice Dist. link, I shall investigate.

I know I can the cartridges and refill systems from abroad, I was really trying find somewhere ideally on Phuket or at least within Thailand.

Thanks for all the suggestions thus far.

Just buy a new printer so this problem goes away for ever. Printers are cheap nowadays.

We bought a Epson printer with the refillable tanks, the ink they supplied with the unit will probably outlast me, much better than cartridges

Again thanks for the comments. Advice Dist. were at least very helpful, confirming what I feared in that the ink cartridges for my printer, and the printer itself, are not and never have been listed for sale in Thailand.

@mm2, I was looking at those refillable tank jobbies, much better system in my reckoning.

I have several carts. coming with a body from the UK to tide me over until I research and choose a new combo unit.

Cheers all.
