I hope i am posting at the right section, new here. 

I'm trying to find somewhere within Pattaya / Rayong / Bangkok that sells empty tea bags, no preference on draw strings or heat sealable bags.
I know that i can order from Alibaba or similar sites online. I am trying to find one that is available locally here.

Tesco Lotus sells cheese cloth that one can cut and make teabags and then rinse and resuse them

Not sure what the OP wants it for but back in the old days before the invention of tea-bags we used infusers to make a single cup:

I am thinking of preparing self made tea and distributing as gifts :)

This kind of reminds me, a bit of Blackadders coffee sketch.
