Bomb ingredients seized from house in Pattani

By The Nation

Police and troops seized an assortment of ingredients used for making bombs from a house in Pattani province’s Yarang district following the arrest of a suspected insurgent.

The suspect, Sukriman Torayo, was arrested in Nongchik district in Pattani province on Monday.

Following interrogation at the 43rd Ranger Taskforce, Sukriman agreed to take the officials to a house in Moo 2 village in Tambon Klong Mai in Yarang where he allegedly hid tools for making bombs.

The authorities found chemicals, fertilizers and shredded iron bar pieces for making bombs.

This world is crazy.  Good job getting this guy shut down.   If guilty I think public gilotine beheading would send the right message.

The police shuld have combined all the ingredients after pictures taken and blew the

house up with them, just to see how big of a bomb the ingredients made.

 Geezer

The government should do something about the civil war in the south beside letting it fester for decades. Then, people wouldn't need diesel fuel, fertilizer and scrap metal.
