cheap tour/local ferry around phang nga bay?

Featured Replies

could anyone recommend a cheap tour or a local ferry to experience phang nga bay?

Go to Phangnga Town, at Bus station, see Mr Keen. He can also arrange tours of Chang Mountain, the Fossil Cave and a lot more. Keep away from the others there.

is this phang nga town? https://goo.gl/maps/j63DBAXoD5m its very far.

I suggest you avoid such  an activity. A "cheap" excursion on a boat or "ferry" indicates that the water vessel is a tragedy waiting to happen.  Safe and properly maintained water vessels require the expenditure of money on such things as;

- Safety equipment including operating radios and  navigation equipment, life rafts and life preservers.

- Equipment maintenance

- Competent crews.

Please  go through the  Thai Visa archives on boat tragedies. Almost every vessel that has  had an incident  has been one of these "cheap" boats.
