    PHUKET: A 58-year-old American expat was found dead after jumping from the fourth floor of a luxury condominium in Patong this morning (Oct 11) over what police believe to be personal or financial issues.

    CityNews – An abbot at Wat Suan Dok has fled after a case was opened against him with claims that he has been using the ID of a child who died in 1995 as his own, and was actually born as a Burmese national sparking speculation that he stole Thai nationality to remain in Thailand.

    Interpol seeks more information on Yingluck

    Interpol has contacted the Royal Thai Police asking for additional information concerning former prime minister Yingluck Shinawatra’s flight to accompany their consideration on whether to issue a “blue notice” to help find her, said Pol Colonel Krisana Pattanacharoen, deputy Thai Police spokesman.
