Will the Jomtien immigration office be open Friday 27 October 2017, 08:30 to 16:30?

Not a holiday and they will be open during the normal hours.

It's never a good idea to go on a Friday or a Monday because Immigration has about 30% more people to process on those days. As Immigration will close for the King's funeral even though it will be open on the 27the I imagine the queues will be horrendous.

Closed only on 23rd (Chulalongkorn Memorial Day) and 26th (Day of the cremation) according to the notice on our imm. office.

Did the tm30 on Friday 27th at about 3pm. Got queue number 6, when 2 was being processed. Took about 30 min. to get served. There was a Frenchman getting fined, 1600b who occupied one of the officers before I came and was still with the officer when I departed. The immigration officer was speaking english and didn't understand french and the french guy only spoke french. Other parties tried to help.There were  2 other officers also signing the forms.
