Looking for an electrician to do assorted minor electrical work in the house (sockets, switches, cables). Not looking for a motorbike taxi driver who does electrical stuff on the side.

Any suggestions/recommendations most welcome.

In my experience difficult to find unless it's for a large company. The guys that installed my water heater were "cowboys" to use a polite expression.

I ended up doing everything myself with the generous assistance of Crossy and others on the DIY forum.

Most of it is able to be done by any competent handyman.

Also my experience but I'm not giving up trying.
