Have a non O based on marriage

Is it possible to use it for approx 16 months

Afetr intial 90 days granted on entry  I'd like to do 4 x 89 days border bounce  plus a paid for extension of 60 days please?

For a variety of reasons it would be very convenient to get about 54 days before leaving Asia.

Must this be done any special time, last day week etc?

Must the 60 days extension be within 12 months of the issue date or can I do one last 90 days near the end of the year validity?

All advice welcome I've held a variety of visas over the years but just wish to check and when to go.

Is it automatic on the day or do they need to consider it as I wish to book flights in new year.

I would say yes. I will be leaving soon for a 90 day 3 days before my multi O enter by date. That should take me through to Feb' middle-ish. Local Imm' will do a 60 day near the end of that 90 days, say a couple of weeks before it's finished, so that should take me through to April so almost 17 months.

Multi O based on being married. My wife comes with me with house book ID card plus copies, me with passport plus copy of front page and copy of visa and last entry stamp and 1900 baht.

I also copy the report of registration slip in the back of my passport.

Your visa will have an 'ENTER BEFORE" date printed on it. If you want to maximise your stay in Thailand you need to leave and re-enter the country on or just before this date. On re-entry you'll get a new 90 day permit to stay even though the visa is about to expire. Towards the end of the 90 days you can apply for a 60 day extension at immigration for 1,900 baht.
