Can Aussies now own land?

Now that there is a free-trade agreement between Australia and Thailand, can Australian nationals own land freehold in Thailand?

There isn't about to be a change in government policy regarding land ownership in Thailand.

There isn't about to be a change in government policy regarding land ownership in Thailand.

yes, but according to the DFAT website there will be relaxation of ownership restrictions on a range of businesses and Australian workpermit holders will get to use the one stop shop for all their visa needs.
