yes, but according to the DFAT website there will be relaxation of ownership restrictions on a range of businesses and Australian workpermit holders will get to use the one stop shop for all their visa needs.

I would have thought the best we could hope for would be to get the same (or similiar) coinsessions as the yanks get with their treaty of amnity.

by the way, the treaty hasn't been ratified, and in terms of who gets what this FTA will indeed be one sided, but in Australia's favour.
