I am directing this query at anyone who has recently extended their retirement visa at Jomtien immigration.

I have to extend my retirement visa next month. I'm currently renting a condo from a Thai owner. Is a copy of the rental lease agreement and a paid bill still sufficient or is Jomtien immigration asking for the owner's ID card and other info regarding the rental? Thanks.

Maybe depends on the agent.

Have you change addresses and notified Immigration?

Has your landlord filed the proper papers with immigration verifying your residency?

My recent experience was my landlord had not done this so there was a fine and verification directly from the landlord as to my residence.
