Is it possible to get a new Multiple-entry non-immigrant 'B' visa in the UK?

Will be going to UK in June so would rather do it there than making a trip to Penang.

(business owner with work permit and Non-B for last 3 years)

You could apply for it but it might be denied. Others have tried and have only been issued a single entry non-b.
