My mates in one of the Chockchai villages maybe number 3?.......its the one behind Tops supermarket at the end of the long road were they built the new chockchai condos...........anyway he has 3bb installed , doesnt seem to have any problems with it............

 

Ive got True installed about 1km from him and is normally ok..........they throttle downloading between 4pm and approx 3am but other than that all is ok...............there was a thread on here about folks having issues with True on the darkside but where i am (Khao Noi )  area all is ok at the moment (for me at least)
