After many years of having such ovens - and rusting out/never used converted to table top gas burners and an electric table top oven (which gets a lot of use).  In fairness the oven makers were not what you are looking at (but they were well known brands).

We have Phillips/Whirlpool ovens in our rental properties,

and our own home,not sure if they still make them,cheap

and do the job.

Been using an Electric Teka oven and separate Teka gas counter top burner set for about 12 years, no problems.  Not same as unit OP is asking about but same brand.
