Get rid of any rats in the area. They will go away. 

Dont worry, its not a Cobra,the photo is a bit washed out,but it's either 

a Kukri or a Keelback snake,it will be after frogs or lizards.and harmless.

Only if you walk the other way.

It is a Albino Cobra. You can just make out the markings on its back in the OP's picture.
