Thai Mademoiselle and "Monsieur" tried to persuade me to invest in a Chon Buri Condo startup with 30%  Monthly Interest Return (Earnings) on investment. 

My reply was "let's meet in ChonBuri and see the land"

"Interest" and "return on investment" are two completely different things. A ROI of 30% is allowed but highly unlikely.

A condo isn't land. I think you lack the knowledge to invest, better keep it in a bank.

The 14th Dalai Lama is living maybe the Farang  was reincarnated of a previous Dalai Lama?  They go back quite a way.

That's tantamount to calling the 14th Dalai Lama an imposter, Since he is the reincarnation of previous Dalai Lamas.
