PTO driven wood chipper

Featured Replies

Anyone saw it ever in Thailand or know where to buy?

I searched on Google but most are quite small with attached engine.

Thanks for your input!

I can tell you i have seen them at a fair two years ago.

I took a flyer home but i can not find it.

Keep looking you will find one and hopefully you will get some adresses on here.

I have got one , we use it for making silage , brought it from a local engineering firm now had it 10 years ,no problems.

in this area have seen other PTO driven chippers, againe made by local firms , also have seen , petrol driven ones, coverted to  pto ,one guy said  it only cost 3500 baht , could be an option.

Batie-Pong in  Pattom , north  of Bangkok, make them , maybe they  could help, look in TV back post for they address ect .

Sirey-Pon, in Kanchanaburi , make PTO driven chippers, used mainly  for silage  but could be used as a wood chipper for certain ,they are a fair tool  and not cheap looking at I think, 40 000  baht  ,I posted there phone number on a wood chipper thread a few years ago ,again have a look at TV's back posts, or Google  chipper shreaders+site:thaivisa.com .

Thanks KS. I will look for these two companies. Certainly cheaper and less hassle than import from abroad e.g. China.
From 8-12 Dec is agricultural fair in Kampaeng Saen, I might look there if I can find something suitable.
