I try to apply for tourist visa extension for 1 month in Jomtien. I have tried before and providing my lease contract. But this time I was rejected, they said I need something from the owners. Anyone know what happen? Thanks.

You will need to file a TM-30 form with a different desk/office, which only handles these.  When you enter the main doors, it is down the hallway towards the copier on the left side of the foyer.  Someone else reported you must now ask for a queue-number for this office (a new policy, in the last month or so) from the main desk straight-ahead from the front-doors.

If you find the form confusing, as I did (since I'm not the landlord - I'm the tenant), you can pay ~100 Baht to the shop on the left, before entering the Immigration building, to fill out the form for you.  Unless things have changed - for Tourist Visa extensions, you will only need your lease and that form.  For other extensions (married 60-days, for example), they want more landlord-info.  Please let us know your experience - as it seems to "evolve" from one month to the next.
