You might want to look at and drive the new Suzuki Swift............has good consumer and road test reports and drives like a dream IMO.

Have had one for 5 years now with no problems and I love it!!

Top model was around 570,000 baht.

We are on the 5th year with our Swift, and again, no problems at all. The service centre here in Phuket is pretty good too.

Honda City is a good Car with more power from 1.5 ltr engine

Comes at the cost of extreme fuel consumption!

Have recently driven a Mitusbishi Attrage with CVT and that gives a lot of overtaking power to a small economic engine.

23.3 km/l is claimed . Smooth seamless transmission , well worth a test drive

Always set the fuel meter and have a good test drive. The best I've read for fuel economy is the Mazda 2 both diesel and petrol. The diesel is of course faster.

In english terms 250nm means 250 torque per square foot so for instance the new honda city has about 130 nm it is the turbo that gives this amount of torque hope this helps

Balls. 250 nm = 184.39 lb/ft  130 nm = 95.88 lb/ft

Torque per sq foot - 555
