Hello.

About my self: 54 years old Norwegian male, not retiered yet. Married to a Thai lady from Bueng Kan.
I want to be able to stay longer and more frequent in the country.
From the Thai embassy in Norway i can get a non-imm O visa based on marriage.
I know i can get an 1 year exstension of stay on this, but it`s time consuming and a lot of paperwork.
So to the question: Can i apply for an 1 year extension of stay as retiered on this visa by just showing a letter of income?

You could apply for a one year extension of stay based upon retirement with a non-o visa that was issued based upon marriage.

You can use a income of 65k baht proven by a income letter issued by your embassy.
