I'm looking for accomodations in Chonburi area. I've only been to Bang Saen beach once so I'm not too familiar with the area. I guess I would consider from Chonburi city down past Bang Saen to Si Racha. I don't have to be on the waterfront but close, and I'd like to have easy access to buses to Ekkamai in BKK.  1km walk to the beach might be good exercise. :-)

-- No more than 10000THB per month
-- I prefer my own internet - I don't watch TV so no need for TV connection
-- Serviced OK but I can clean myself
-- Room size about 25 sq meters or up. Studio is fine. 1 Bedroom is nicer. Kitchen is not important.

I live a quiet and simple life. No need for club scene or upscale dinning. Predominately Thai areas are OK as well.

I've been digging around with Google a little bit but first hand experience counts a lot.

 

Any suggestions?

 

I should add this is monthly rental.  Maybe 1 month. Maybe 6.  But I tend to stay in a place for 6 months or more if I'm happy.
