"Bus and van drivers reeking of alcohol will be banned from driving in any of the 61 government-designated 'accident prone areas' over New Year's holidays. "    A fantastic life saving move by the Govt. So long as we only drive in one ;of the  61 government-designated 'accident prone areas' .  Amazing Thailand indeed. TIT.
