Okay in terms of what?

Coke zero does nto have any calories but is full of chemicals and caffeine as well as artificial sweetner, so hardly healthy

If you want a carbonated drink the best is plain soda water with a bit of lime or other fresh fruit juice added for flavor

There's nothing wrong, in my opinion, of having a 6 pack of diet coke a week. Ok, it's full of crap, but if you don't take sugar, cakes etc, it probably hits the bill.
As a mate of mine said as I was talking about Himalayan salt, 'It comes from the rock mines in Bangladeshi, and is full of nasties', while he went out and drank coffee and had a smoke.

I find 1/2 a lime squeezed into a glass full of ice and water is almost the perfect drink.

I wouldn't touch any carbonated drink, especially the zeros, as these contain the poison aspartame.

In amounts normally consumed it has not even been proven bad - much less a poison.  It got a bad rap from first sugar substitute but has not been proven bad despite many people trying to do so.  Nobody is calling it a health drink; but it is not that bad as a water drink.  But you would not touch any carbonated drink; and that is your choice.

As for caffeine a liter of Coke Zero is about the same as a cup of coffee.

I was not thinking about drinking in these terms - more like a can a day.
