Police arrest Pathumporn “Ae” Mongkornchaiya Thursday in Ratchaburi.

RATCHABURI — Police have arrested the admin of a Line group who allegedly paid parents to sexually abuse their toddlers and were looking Friday for the woman’s supposed employer.

Police arrested Pathumporn “Ae” Mongkornchaiya, 27, in Ratchaburi province on Thursday, four days after she became the lead suspect in recruiting members to a community of pedophiles  where they would post rape and sex videos using a private Line group. Alleged coordinator arrested over live stream child molesting

By Mongkolchaowarat Thangmangmee

A 27-year-old woman, who allegedly hired a 25-year-old mother living in Phitsanulok’s Muang district to molest her three-year-old son in a live broadcast for a secret online group, was arrested on Thursday evening in Ratchaburi and sent to face prosecution in Phitsanulok on Friday.

Muang Phitsanulok Police Station superintendent Pol Colonel Songpol Sangkasem said the suspect, Pathumporn Mangkornchaiya, was wanted for the charges of conspiring to reap benefits from a human trafficking crime, entering obscene and pornographic data into a computer, and violating the Child Protection Act.

Pathumporn was interrogated for links to other accomplices, he said. Police were also considering charges to file against about 100 people who viewed the broadcast.

News of the child abuse emerged earlier last week, leading to the rescue of the child and apprehension of the mother, while her new husband initially evaded arrest. The child was placed in a children’s home and the mother at another shelter.

The 40-year-old husband Wutthipan (last name withheld), who shot the live broadcast before reportedly having sex with the mother in front of the toddler for the live show, surrendered to police on December 10 and has been in a court-ordered detention since December 12.

The 25-year-old mother, whose name was withheld to protect the child’s identity, was reportedly paid Bt400 to make the clip for the secret group whose members must register and make payments to view obscene live shows.

The Phitsanulok Human Security and Social Development Office filed a police complaint last Thursday to prosecute those involved for charges including violations of the Anti-Human Trafficking Act and the Computer Crime Act.

Test all these adults for the presence of drugs...

Why? Not one word mentioned about drugs in the whole article ? Never heard that taking drugs turns you automatically into a paedophile. Prejudices maybe?

The business model they adopted is reeked of desperation for money, which could have been driven by drug addiction.

The important word here is "could" so pure speculation or prejudices on your side. People who do not take drugs are never desperate for money?

That's why the tests are necessary.

Just like the driver in Pattaya who crashed up 10 motorcycles killing 2 and one dog. Tested negative for alcohol, but positive from drugs.

Don't look at the surface, check the undercurrents.

Can you tell me for what drugs they should be tested? The most common one here is yaba or yaice which is gone from blood and urine in 2 or 3 days. Weed can be proven more long, but weedsmokers are 99% non-violent. So which one is it? Your whole comment lacks common sense.

Should be standard procedures to test for commonly seized drugs being trafficked in Thailand. LSD is not one of them.

What deflection? What drugs did they test for in the blood of that driver in Pattaya?

I rest my case. You make accusations you can't proof and there is no evidence for it in all the articles about the case. So it is useless to continue this discussion.
