As an owner of a few  rooms here I've  found  many tenants to be dirty pigs and the shock on their faces when  they leave and see the cleaning  bill/ repainting is priceless, usually  followed by "it's  not  fair"

I find "deaf ears" work best.

It recently took me an entire day to clean just   a shower as the tenant had never  cleaned it for over 18  months.

Animals and insects keep their places cleaner.....  These sick morons... evidence of drug use...  leave without paying.....  these morons have fried their brains with dope...   It's called "dope" for a reason.....

for some clarity .....drug users, those who live in squalid like this and take yaba, smoke, ice, inject are bad and are scum.

people who take aspirin, medicine, beer, cigarettes, are fine and not scum.

Normal animals generally do not choose to live in squalor.Dens and  lairs etc are normally cleaned by the animals themselves. Unless animals are kept by man in enclosed uncleaned spaces where they defecate, they are normally quite clean. Not far from my home there is an old shack on stilts that is littered with garbage. The occupant has mental problems and his family does nothing to help..

Liked your post except the part of family does nothing to help. You don’t know what the family has done to help in the past and how that help was rejected. I feel for the landlord and this is one reason I don’t own rental property in the USA. I feel for the family as they have probably been through hell for many years. And for the tenants some people have to learn to hit bottom and help themselves or actually accept help. What a waste and a mess of lives and property. Glad that it is not me and wish there was an easy solution but no easy one size all solution exists.

If we were allowed to bet on this site, which we are not, I would bet you every baht I have that it was a person. Animals do not foul their dens, caves, cages etc like humans do.

Are you also aware of that there is expressions in the human language, that relates to that being, or living like, an animal has a certain negative meaning. Maybe that was something new for you, or did you get a clearer picture?

Being like an animal isnt negative. They only kill for food, dont attack people just for fun, except for pit bulls, dont litter their den, dont shoot up, dont write crap on social media, I could go on and on.
