In the sticks 18km south/east of Ban kruat Buriram, with piss poor TOT internet Teatime TV is currently working perfect.

Some days the only thing I can stream is Youtube, then for whatever reason I can use any streaming site perfectly. It is just how it works for me, possibly down to ghosts.

cable connected, SBN, 990 a month. Thanks for your assistance.   DL 14.9  UL   .936

I don't know what SBN stands for, but your problem is definitely our ISP.

Your speed test is probably taken with Ookla, which by default tests to a Bangkok based server, and even then the results are very poor for the money you pay.

In Bangkok there are temples , but not IPTV servers.

Since TeatimeTV is only accessible in Asia, I assume their servers are based somewhere in Asia, presumably in Singapore but surely not in Thailand.

Click this link and do a download speed test, and report back.

So there is your answer.

With that speed you can not expect to be able to stream anything, probably it will also be very unstable as well.

Look at the percentage of middle variance that is written in the bottom right corner below the result. I bet it's something like 150%.

But also for 990 Baht a month you should not accept such results.

Cal your ISP and ask hime to check it out. It may be a problem with thew connection to your home, or the wiring inside your home.

Did you try to reboot your router, as that may improve things, and what does SBN stands for.

I hope it is not some kind of satellite internet, because those suck always.

Sophon has a good reputation, as they are a CAT fibre reseller, over coaxial.

If rebooting doesn't solve your issue, you should call them as there is clearly an issue with the connection.

What speeds are the package you pay for?

That's plenty of money for such a package.

Time to review your afreement with themn or call in another operator.

3BB 30/10 VDSL is 590 Baht a month, and others are similar.

May not be perfect, but will give you a multiple of what you get now.

Ookla says 3.1

Ookla is to avoid as it is a fake result, because they use multithread similar to a torrent, so you always get the best speed.

Most speed test servers work like this, only testmy.net use a single connection, and that is also all you get with a live stream.

But you results show your speed is very unstable, probably oversold in your area.

I would look for another provider, if available in your area, as I suggested in my earlier post.

You have to contact 3BB, not VDSL. They have an office in every mall in Pattaya, and several stand alone shops as well.

You can also contact True and AIS to see if they have a service available in your area.
