Some days the only thing I can stream is Youtube, then for whatever reason I can use any streaming site perfectly. It is just how it works for me, possibly down to ghosts. Your speed test is probably taken with Ookla, which by default tests to a Bangkok based server, and even then the results are very poor for the money you pay. In Bangkok there are temples , but not IPTV servers. Since TeatimeTV is only accessible in Asia, I assume their servers are based somewhere in Asia, presumably in Singapore but surely not in Thailand. Most speed test servers work like this, only testmy.net use a single connection, and that is also all you get with a live stream. But you results show your speed is very unstable, probably oversold in your area. I would look for another provider, if available in your area, as I suggested in my earlier post.
