Serial phone thief strikes again

PATTAYA:--A thief has victimized phone shops at Pattaya’s Avenue galleria again and police are no closer to finding him, although now they do have security camera footage.

 

Thanaporn Sroichod, 24, reported the theft of about 10,000 baht in mobile phone accessories Dec. 11. Footage showed a man came in with two bags and loaded them up with products while the clerk was busy with other customers.

 

Vendors say this was not the first time it had happened and several had shared stories on Facebook of similar incidents of the shoplifter lying in wait at The Avenue until the phone section gets busy.

Put his picture on prime time television, and there is a chance somebody might recognize him, and contact you with information.

I know it will interfere with the Candy Crush Saga marathons, but it helps catch offenders.

Puzzling how he can fill bags, and sellers see nothing. In Thailand someone is always watching, I've noticed over the years, even at night some hole in a wall bar in a quiet soi someone is sitting and watching. How can this guy fill whole bags?

Police protection?  That moustache looks extremely dodgy - he probably takes it off before clocking in to soi 9.
