Why same colour as the Americans? Not a smart move I suggest.

Reading the post above your post would be asking too much I guess?

The Foreign policy adviser to the UK Government that choose to adopt the European burgundy passport will have a biased opinion about reversing that decision .

What do you think that hes going to say *Yes, I was wrong , I shouldnt have  advised the Gov to go Burgundy* ?

LOL

Sad. After being caught using quotes from bad sources trying to laugh it of.

So, why do you feel that its so important NOT to have blue passports then ?

You really cannot call people small minded on the basis that they want blue passports, when you equally want burgundy passports

And then a little red bus rolls up right on cue. :cheesy:

It's all part of the big conspiracy, inn't?

Commies, remainers, thatcherists, europeans,...

I dont understand the joke or the red bus reference , could you explain ?

No, I didnt suggest that.

I just stated that a person who was instrumental in a decision , may have an unbalanced view, if that decision is reversed .

I didnt claim that it was a conspiracy .

To be precize:

Not A foreign policy adviser to A UK government.

But THE foreign policy adviser of Madam Thatcher.

And he did not mention right or wrong, he talked about childish behaviour.

You do seem to like to put people down , trying to appear to be intellectually superior and laughing at your own jokes .

Get off your high horse , you are not as wise and open minded as you think that you are

The remoaners that are supposedly intelligent couldnt comprehend what the writing on the bus said and after almost two years keep banging on about it. They have been very quite over the statements made the last few days regarding visa payments, 500 tax bill and Brits being sent to back of immigration queues. All these statements are blatant lies and scaremongering but they will not discuss.... Flipent comments regsrding buses is allways their rebuttal

Eh , I did say "The foreign policy adviser" to the UK Gov , who was headed by Mrs Thatch, at the time

Ah, OK , I get it now .

You were comparing to the red campaign bus , which you feel had a false slogan on the side .

I did ask you a straight question , and instead of answering that question , you feel that my question was a false slogan ?

I do not see how a question can be a false slogan , that just doesnt make sense

Personally the colour of our passport is not all that important.

As long as they remove the words,” European Union “ from both the front cover, and anywhere else in the passport.

If that upsets some Europeans such as yourself, hard luck, get over it.

Who knows. As I thought I'd made clear, no one knows as we haven't left the EU. Hope it's clear now.

Exactly, so what do you think about the blatant lies that have been told over the past few days by The Guardian, Gina Miller and numerous remoaner M.Ps..

Whilst I do understand your concerns , there are more import issues than whether your Wife will need a visa for Shengen Countries , in the future .

Lets wait until an agreement has been reached , before you embarrassingly explain to your Wife that she has to pay for a schengen visa

I would really like to think that I am wrong and that EU directives will still apply to UK citizens after March 2019.

Won't most of you guys have expired before your EU passports expire?

By the way, anyone who has applied for a Schengen visa from an embassy or consulate in the UK will know about the premium phone line scam that most of them operate, which effectively makes the visas not free.

They will insist on a blue coffin presumably.

Be careful of Karma.

The UK voted to leave and having an individual passport like the old blue one is a symbol of its independence and sovereignty like other comparable independent successful nations such as Canada, Australia and Japan (plus others). If the sneering rich liberal elite don't like it and want to look down their ski-jump noses at everyone, then leave. Where have I heard that before around here?

But much of the rich sneering elite are in favour of it. And here you are sneering yourself.

Erm...no. I'm in favour of the change and not sneering, just highlighting some irony. You should brush up on your inference and English comprehension skills sticky rice man. Nice trolling try though...give you that.

The totality of what we have learned here is that 'er... you can't ski.

Nice try. You are sneering - "ski-jump noses". And many of the sneering elites are jumping for joy alongside you.

Personally, I've hard enough of both sides stuck in their positions simply abusing and insulting each other. Time for people to actually engage and make sure there's a Brexit that really works for people, not just let the extremists run the show.

In January, Joe loves the Union Jack. In February, propaganda, that equates pride in one's nation to racist extremism, floods the airways. In March, Jack - due to many dirty looks from passers by - lowers the Union Jack. Why has he changed?

"propaganda is

Propaganda is information that is not impartial and used primarily to influence an audience and further an agenda, often by presenting facts selectively (thus possibly lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or using loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented."

“The broad masses of a population are more amenable to the appeal of rhetoric than to any other force.”

“All propaganda has to be popular and has to accommodate itself to the comprehension of the least intelligent of those whom it seeks to reach.”

“Through clever and constant application of propaganda, people can be made to see paradise as hell, and also the other way round, to consider the most wretched sort of life as paradise.”

“The receptivity of the masses is very limited, their intelligence is small, but their power of forgetting is enormous. In consequence of these facts, all effective propaganda must be limited to a very few points and must harp on these in slogans until the last member of the public understands what you want him to understand by your slogan.”

“It is not truth that matters, but victory.”

To avoid all misunderstandings:

The text from "The broad masses...." all the way to "...but victory." are quotes from Hitler.

And there’s me thinking that many of the so called higher educated, are more susceptible to brain washing. Though unfortunately lacking in common sense.

And it was a warning about how the Nazis operated, about how they spread false propaganda to achieve their aims .

The post was showing how the Nazis manipulated the German public, it was Antoi-Nazi, it wasnt pro Nazi.

That is why you got a "LOL", because you didnt understand the meaning of the post
