you need to just apologize to the idiot  after you have shoot him sorry mate you made me do it.

And be the total loser who must go to jail for shooting a complete idiot who wasn't even worth talking to? Nah, I think I'll stick to my initial plan: Apologise and wai before heading back to my family - safe and sound - and making not only myself but also my family and friends winners.

Seriously, what is all this talk about getting "a gun"...? This is the exact moment when you DONT need a gun, you need to just apologise to the idiot, turn the other cheek and make sure you make it home to your loved ones alive. This kind of idiot is not worth it - my family is worth far more than a fender bender and an idiot with a small dick.

I'd wai and pay my way out of this and enjoy a cuddle with my family eight days 'a week if I ever encounter this lowlife.

Well I don't think I'd go as far as you but, of course, you do have a very good point, about 'a gun', that is. If had been me I would have let him go in the first instead of trying to edge forward (as I have done on similar occasions). I rather not find out if there is an idiot driving the other car.

Who did he try to murder?

Whilst the guy is a prat I didn't see any attempt to kill anyone, or even strike or stab anyone.

Why do posters on here constantly cry 'murder?

because when an older Caucasian gentleman from Australia got out of his car with a long knife the government wanted to charge him with attempted murder, that's why! The next statement from the government was that no foreigners should be allowed to own guns. That is why we keep repeating this nonsense just to make a point. If a Caucasian, aka "farang" does it, it's attempted murder, if an Oriental, specifically a Thai one does the same thing, it's about 100 baht fine for having a knife, a long knife.

The gentleman in the BMW with the "ornamental" sword will be given 30 days to report, fined 500 baht and a wai.   The vile posters of this video will now be hunted down, prosecuted, and sent to jail for 10 years for damaging the reputation of Thailand.

Reputation Of the country is going to be hard to damage, but my local garbage dump springs to mind for some unknown reason and anywhere but    are three words I use regular

The old guy showed intent when he rammed the other guy in his car, if he then said his intent was to kill him then you would have attempted murder. waving a sword around without trying to stab or slash someone with it is not attempted murder.

I don't know how much clearer this can be, for murder you need intent to kill the other person, that intent can be transferred to another, for example if I attempted to shoot you to kill you, but I missed and killed the person next to you it is still murder rather than manslaughter as I had formed an attempt to kill.
