My wife had a restaurant in P-lok for about eight years. When I retired, so did she and now the shop house sits empty. We have been trying to come up with an idea of what to do with the empty building. Will probably just hold on to it, but also thinking about starting another small business. But we have been unable to come up with idea that passes the common sense test. Any suggestions?

If the restaurant was popular why not capitalize on the goodwill and sell the business as is ?
