cyberfarang Posted February 11, 2018 Share Posted February 11, 2018 Where I live in Hang Dong, coffee cafes in Hang Dong and the surrounding areas seem to come and go about every 12 months. At most times during the daytime I`ve past these cafes and most are completely void of customers. From experience hiring staff in Thailand is a complete nightmare. They are not reliable and many simply fail to turn up without notice once they become bored that doesn`t take long. Unless your coffee cafe has something going for it that all the others don`t, which will be an attraction to draw in customers, then sorry to say it will probably just fade out like the majority of them do.
