Hi All,

 

Moving house at the end of this month, and I would like to get a cleaning company in to get it spick and span, so the landlord doesn't try and hold back deposit money for a "dirty" house.

 

We got a quote from a local cleaning company, and for a modest sized 3 bed 2 bath house we were quoted 6,000 baht.  Last time we moved we used another mob (but they're not in business any more), and for a similar sized house we were charged 3,000 baht.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations please, as I think the quote is excessive?

PK Cleaning

i too would recommend PK too, used then for years.

in fact they are coming to my house today (3bed/3bath )

i have them booked in advance and they visit every two weeks on a Tuesday (except holidays)

They arrive 9am , 2 cleaners and all equipment, work until done, about 4 pm

cost 1700 baht

100 baht each tip, 1900 baht total

 

great job, trustworthy, hard working

highly recommended
