visa on arrival extension

hi everyone!

soon we will go to Thailand through Lao and we want to know if once in Thailand we can extend our 30 days on arrival visa to others 30 days without doing another run visa.

The 30 day visa exempt entry (not a visa on arrival) you will ge can be extended for 30 days at an immigration office for a fee of 1900 baht if it is not from a bilateral between your home country and Thailand.

As @ubonjoe stated, a visa exempt entry and a visa on arrival are totally different things, and the visa exempt entry comes in different flavors. It would be best if you state your nationality because it then becomes clear what your entitlements are.

Yes. Un español can enter without a visa and will be granted a 30 day stay on arrival. You can extend that by another 30 days at an immigration office in Thailand within the last week or so of your 30 days. Day 1 of the 30 day extension will be day 31 of your stay regardless of how early you apply.
