Reporters at Government House immediately turned their interests towards the killed pigeon, which was later tossed into a nearby rubbish bin.

The headline should have been, Thai seen using a rubbish bin.

Recently erected signs all over Lumpini Park exhorting us “DO NOT FEED THE PIGEON” but there’s damn thousands of ‘em.

Need gets some hawks. They will care of the flying rats in no time.

Internationally, the pigeon or dove is a respected symbol of peace. Killing of a white pigeon by a pair of crows is a very omnious sign for these generals who are steeped in superstition. I suspect lots of them are going to have a bad night tonight.

Doves a symbol of peace. But the flying rats that are pigeons? Only in your imagination perhaps. How many times have your seen or head about pigeons being released for peace! Bloody vermin.

Crows are nasty pieces of work and a white bird would attract their attention.
