Cancelling applied wp3

Can wp3 applied by my company be cancelled, as I don't want to report within 30 days?
If yes, what's the process and is there any issue if we re-apply after a month?

Not sure what you mean by report. You would be using it to apply for a non-b visa.

I am sure it can be cancelled but not aware of the procedures.

The 30 days is to use the WP3 receipt to get a non-b visa at an embassy or consulate. The non-b visa will be valid for entry for 3 months from the date of issue. You could get the visa now and wait until later to enter the country.

And then I can reach Thailand first time on anyday within 90 days, like on 80th?

You have to apply for the visa within 30 days of the date the receipt is issued.

The visa will be valid for entry for 3 months from the date of issue. You could use the visa on the date it expires for entry.

you have to go back to the labor dept to cancel. They do not like it when you can cancel.
